Sanitation Master Plan and wastewater treatment zones EU and EP

Missions
  • Inventory of existing facilities and pre-diagnosis of network operation
  • Diagnosis of wastewater systems through measurement campaigns
  • Additional investigations (smoke tests and ITV)
  • Modelling of W&W and WW networks in current and future situations
  • Development of a prioritised action programme
  • Proposal of EU and EP zoning projects

The Val Parisis Agglomeration Community is located in the Val d’Oise department (95).

The wastewater treatment system include :

o 758 km of networks (251 km of EU network, 191 km of EP network and 316 km of UN network),
o 36 lift stations,
o 43 buffer basins,
o 7 Storm overflows,
o 12 sand chambers,
o 18 oil separators.

The objectives of the sanitation master plan study are :

o standardise knowledge of the heritage of the region,
o diagnose the collective sanitation, infrastructures in place,
o update some of the outdated sewerage zoning plans and add a pluvial section,
o plan for necessary future investment.

 

A wide range of services:

  • Topographical surveys of 8,200 structures,
  • Analysis of 290 km of ITV,
  • Continuous rainfall and flow measurements, sampling campaigns, quantification and sectorisation of ECPM and ECPP (30 night-time inspections),
  • Modelling of PE and UN systems using HYDRA software under QGIS,
  • Proposed action programme for stormwater management, giving priority to alternative techniques.
