The 145-hectare urban redevelopment project will complement the emblematic St-Jean station, the former Debat Ponsan market hall and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine creative economy and culture centre.
The public space is marked by a landscaped circular pathway, which provides a structure for soft mobility and helps to promote bioclimatic comfort. In this way, the project enhances aspects of the River Garonne and creates spaces where people can meet.
