“The Syndicat Mixte d’Energie des Hautes Alpes – SYME 05 – is the conceding authority for the public distribution of electricity, which it has assigned to ENEDIS /EDF.
As part of the control of the concessionary, SYME 05 would like to carry out a technical and financial inspection of around ten projects carried out under the supervision of Enedis, at their premises in Gap.
The aim of this audit is to evaluate connection revenues (producer and consumer), to trace the origin of funding for renewal or reinforcement operations, to understand the organisation of ENEDIS during the works, project management and contracting (internalisation, purchasing process and outsourcing), to check the details of costs and allocations (consistency check of amounts paid by ENEDIS) and to check accounting entries”.
