For the first time in France, SNCF Réseau has experimented with a turnkey design-build contract to create a complete signalling station for traffic on the Occitan lines linking Toulouse to Brives or Aurillac.
As part of the engineering consortium that include INEO SCLE Ferroviaire, Thales and Vossloh, setec was appointed to manage the design and works, the SCMC, aspects of the studies (dimensioning, IHM parameterisation, building) and the performance of signalling tests on the new PAI 2006 substation before commissioning.
