Renovation of the Richelieu Quadrangle

Missions

Scheduling, construction management and coordination

Renovation work on the Richelieu Quadrangle, the historic site of the National Library of France (BNF) since the start of the 17th century.

This renovation aims to:

· Boost building safety, restructure certain parts and redeploy the library’s collections

· Install new libraries from the INHA art history research institute and the ENC historical science school

The work is being carried out in two phases to enable the library to remain open throughout. The first phase was delivered in May 2016. Work on the second phase started in early 2017.
