As owner and operator of the Fos Tonkin LNG terminal (liquefied natural gas), the company Elengy decided to extend operations on this site by proceeding to upgrading works and construction of new structures. Before the implementation of a new wharf, a new mooring system was implemented on the existing structure, with dynamic stress measurement and control in order to prevent the structure from being damaged by too important stresses.
