Operations management and technical assistance

As part of its development strategy, SMTAG has decided to create a bus/BRTS maintenance and storage center on the Bois Carré industrial zone in Houdain and Divion in Northern France.
The project involves building a facility able to house 35 standard buses (12 m), 10 midibuses (9 m) and minibuses circulating on the existing TADAO network and 15 BRTS (18 m articulated vehicles) circulating on the new Bulle 2 and Bulle 6 lines in the Artois conurbation.

setec is providing SMTAG with contract assistance to pilot the program from the study to the delivery phases.
Operations management:
o Developing the competitive call for tender document
o Managing studies (preliminary, design, etc.) and regulatory procedures (public planning, environment, etc.)
o Organizing project revues and reporting
o Providing technical assistance for coordinating the design and implementation phases
o Providing assistance for validating design studies and bids
o Providing assistance at reception of the construction work
o Providing just-in-time supply assistance throughout the year
Energy:
o Developing the call for tender for AMO Hydrogène
o Monitoring studies on H2 testing
