The conurban community of Caen-la-Mer (north of France) is the authority responsible for the treatment of waste water in compliance with regulations for a local network comprising 7 water quality stations and 21 flow rate measurement positions. The project consists in the implementation of 42 additional flow rate measurement positions, 6 rain gauges and 5 monitoring wells, all connected to a computer system dedicated to data collection, measurements supervision, validation and data processing.
