A two-phase project involving COGEDIM constructing an 88,000 m² building complex for AXA on a 3.5 hectare site in the heart of Suresnes near Paris. Out of the 45,000 m² in phase one, 27,000 m² are earmarked for the new Philips France headquarters.
This commercial complex features:
• Cooling by cold generators and ice storage to remain within the regulatory limit – dry adiabatic process
• Safety and emergency generators
• Site security with a high-performance video surveillance system and controlled access to the show room, IT rooms and research workshops
