Construction of a cultural center in Mascat to house three entities: the national theater, the national library and the national archives.

Challenges

Creation of a structural canopy over the entire building based on waves and openings (the complexity of the geometry combined with the use of glass-fiber reinforced concrete panels integrated into a metallic structure).
