The redevelopment of “Les Pistes” neighbourhood in Clermont-Ferrand takes advantage of the emblematic Michelin site’s spatial qualities: gastronomy, industrial heritage, sport and culture. setec carried out an assessment of the urban development context, analysed the risks of the operation and prepared the associated procedures. The circular economy, through recycling and extended life spans, is at the heart of the project.
