The “TZEN 4” public transport program involves transforming an existing site, and creating a new 7 km site, along with a bus maintenance and storage site, and installations for Line 402.
TZEN 4 objectives and specific features:
o Implementation of station equipment
(passenger information display system, vehicle registration, videos, ticket machines, etc.),
o Creation of the network of bus stops
o Upgrading of stations/sites on existing sections
o Connections with the RER D and C express train lines, the Massy–Evry tram-train project and the TZEN 1 bus line
o Links to local hotspots: the Agora shopping center, Evry Val d’Essonne University and the Southern Paris hospital complex
o 47,000 travelers daily from the service launch

setec is providing STIF with global operations management on the line and resource mobilization strategy from the public enquiry phase to the service launch.
Operations management:
o Gathering input data and analyzing needs
o Developing the technical and function program for the line
o Drafting the call for tender and helping allocate and monitor the design and intellectual property contracts (landscape design, topography, contractor assistance for rolling stock, health and safety, technical inspections, IT security, etc.)
o Providing assistance for program communications
o Piloting preliminary and project studies and regulatory procedures
o Providing assistance for allocating and monitoring works contracts
