Creation of a new Regional Express Train (TER) line linking Dakar to Blaise Diagne International Airport in 50 minutes, at a speed of 160km/h. The project involves building a 55km electrified double track, renovating the metric track between the port of Dakar and Sébikotane (41km), creating 3 stations, 8 halts and a maintenance and refurbishment site (SMR).
