Within the framework of the “Anti‑Damage Prevention Reform”, setec is assisting the Hydraulic Engineering Centre (HEC) of the EDF Group, which aims to map all hydraulic networks with a view to carrying out works without harming the environment. Our aim is to address these challenges while respecting the key project stages.
Missions :
- Analyse the current situation and propose areas for improvement regarding project management (project structure, planning, cost monitoring).
- Propose planning methods and tools based on on-site observations and introduce management indicators.
- Coordination and monitoring of reporting using dashboards.
Objectives:
- Recreate a schedule with the appropriate level of detail.
- Propose an operational coordination approach.
