As part of the ambitious renovation of the Palais Garnier, setec is supporting the Paris National Opera by overseeing the coordination and logistics of the works being carried out at the Palais Garnier. This project aims to modernise the facilities, enhance safety and ensure the continuity of operations at this iconic venue, which attracts large audiences every year.
Our mission
In partnership with SICA Logistique, setec oversees the organisation and coordination of operations on an existing site: planning, interface management, flow control and reporting.
Our expertise, strengthened by extensive experience working on complex heritage sites (Notre-Dame de Paris, BnF Richelieu, Musée Carnavalet), enables us to anticipate risks, optimise the phasing of works and secure all key stages.
Our organisation combines :
- cross-functional coordination (scheduling, logistics, document management),
- close operational monitoring of construction sites.
