This strategic acquisition allows setec, already present in Germany through setec eocen GmbH, to consolidate its project management service offering in the German market while affirming its European ambitions.
Complementary expertise driving performance
Since it was founded in 1997, Tiba Technologieberatung GmbH has been helping clients evaluate, implement, deploy, and user support software.
It works in many sectors, including public administration (particularly road construction), automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, banking, insurance, and energy.
While remaining independent of suppliers, Tiba maintains close partnerships with leading software publishers, including Planisware and cplace.
A clear European ambition
The integration of Tiba into the setec group reflects a dynamic of European growth. It enables:
