Evolutive vaccine facility project scheduling

Missions

Based on the master schedule from the basic design, setec coordinated the creation and implementation of detailed schedules.

The management of the interfaces between the numerous stakeholders is the major issue of this project.

The consolidated schedule integrating these interfaces made it possible to identify the critical path and the key points to watch out for.

To ensure maximum visibility of the project’s progress:

Design and build two new-generation vaccine production plants, one in Neuville-sur-Saône and one in Singapore.

An innovative approach involving facilities capable of producing several vaccines simultaneously, and capable of handling all future vaccines.

This transnational project, coordinated from France, includes design studies for the production buildings common to both sites, the creation of the site in Asia, the associated construction, commissioning and qualification activities, as well as coordination with the process entities for future vaccines.
