Definition and deployment of an integrated project management process (Planisware)

Missions

Deploy the solution, making the necessary improvements, based on feedback from the field, to increase the efficiency of project management.

This includes:

  • The industrialisation of the transferof projects into the new OPTeam environment
  • Support for the increased skills of project players.
  • Proposing improvements to the solution and associated practices with the conduct of associated definition workshops

Reporting to the RATP COPIL on deployment and compliance with the repository

The RATP, which already has a project management reference system, has launched the OPTeam project (Tool for Transverse Project Steering And Method Improvement), based on the implementation of the Planisware software package to support the process :

    • Coordination of complex projects.
    • Forecasting and consolidation of project activities and costs.
    • Automation and simplification in the production of reporting.
