In this role, they provide operational and methodological support to the project management team in the following areas: ?

  • management of deadlines and risks, 
  • development of management tools, 
  • preparation and organisation of decision-making committees, 
  • assistance in deploying project management methods and harmonising approaches between the various operations.

“The maximum availability and absolute reliability of the power generation fleet requires the highest level of preparation and management of all maintenance and modernisation operations.

This level of requirement covers the entire life cycle of these operations, from technical studies to on-site work.

3 main types of operation must be managed:?

    • Ten-yearly inspections of power plants

  • Major half-life refurbishment ?.
  • Major projects for feedback on experience applied to the entire fleet (example REX post Fukushima).
