STRATEGIC STUDIES of energy and waste management

Missions

Our assignment focuses on analyzing the current situation in terms of energy management and waste collection, processing and recovery. In particular, it is aimed at understanding the quantitative impact on the territory, measuring the effect of proposals and implementing the final territorial strategy, identifying the zones to preserve or develop, the choice of activities, etc.

Our roles include:

An analysis phase to diagnose the current situation
Preparing and running a workshop to present our diagnostic, benchmark performance and discuss options
Formulating a strategy and proposals for a master plan, including facility and network scheduling
